Tutor Beacon let's high schools and colleges create and manage their own on-demand tutoring program. Many students within schools need to visit 3rd party tutoring companies to get help after hours and on weekends. Instead of going to other companies and visiting tutors, students simply post questions in their school wide feed on Tutor Beacon, tutors are notified with texts and are able to respond and conduct real-time, online learning sessions. All session time is tracked and students are billed by the school. Tutors are paid immediately and students are able to always get help when they need it. This product allows schools to monetize their tutoring network while providing students with a support structure that helps them excel in school.
