Tack is a lightweight recruiting technology that can automagically source, vet, and verify job applicants through social networks like Facebook and Twitter. If the future of hiring is reserved for intelligent computing - not resumes, cover letters, job posts, or formal applications - Tack is its earliest implementation. We use predictive analytics to connect talented professionals to new opportunities on social media. We find and host job opportunities on Facebook and Twitter and then connect them to potential candidates and referrals, so that the Tack knowledge engine is charged with sourcing and vetting early candidate, not of the hiring officer. We free human recruiters to perform the activities they’re good at (like interviewing and organizational structure) and take care of the search and vet processes better suited to the intelligent machine automatically.
