About

Employees face many problems when wanting to see a (psycho) therapist. Firstly, the employee has to find a therapist that their workplace's insurance plan covers. Then they have to find a time that works for both. They go to the session and find the therapist sucks because the insurance companies are stringent, resulting in the good therapists not working with insurance companies. The result is that large companies are waisting their money on this aspect of their benefits program, thinking they are providing a good service for 'therapy coverage', but their employees don't use it. We bring quality therapists to company offices. Companies pay us and the therapists. We get 10% of workforces to see therapy around twice a month. This is beneficial even if not dealing with anything 'serious'. We make $25 per therapy session, on-top of the therapists fee ($100). Unlike the unused benefits programs, this creates happier, more productive and better retained employees.
