Sportan is an app that helps you organize pick-up sports with nearby athletes and friends while tracking your stats, performance and even attendance! By combining the power of smartphones with existing social networking concepts (such as user profiles, events and instant messaging), you, the everyday athlete, can: • Create private or public sporting events at a venue of your choice • Browse for players and join “happening now” sports in a defined area • Auto-game: set your preferences in the Gamebar and let the app match you up with other players ready to play at any given time • Track games, stats and progression of the sports you play and compare yourself with your friends, neighbourhood or even city • Discover nearby, promoted sporting venues • Share, organize and learn aspects of your sporting life with other users There are tonnes more unique features and functions that Sportan offers, but we're not coming clean just yet!
