Popcorn Games is a development studio focused on social bingo gaming and a patent pending virtual goods engine. We have 13 years of experience in online 'community bingo'. Our specialty is building loyal player communities with incredible lifetime user values. Popcorn has 'socially re-engineered' a proven software platform, built for the UK market in 2007. We generated $12 million in gross sales with this platform, which is still active today. The platform has over $2.5 million invested by our previous company. We are currently earning a small profit from software services and we are entirely debt free. Our first brand is BingoVillage.com. We plan to roll out a global series of regional villages based on language, unique virtual goods and home décor related to local player cultures. While social bingo gaming is our primary focus, we have hundreds of new game ideas for this category of player and our virtual goods patent that could provide a stand alone B2B opportunity as well.
