The UFC was purchased in 2001 for $2 million, and is now (after Fox deal) estimated to be worth $2.5 billion. It is expanding worldwide. We wish to leverage our years of unreleased content as well as film new in house MMA Entertainment content featuring top fighters W/ the possibility of online distribution or a later acquisition by an Amazon Prime, Netflix, Redbox, Hulu or similar.
