Orbis Technologies is currently developing technology and designs for touch-less user interfaces in retail, institutional, and medical settings. Why touch-less interfaces? - According to current research, contagious illnesses are frequently spread when contact is made with non-porous surfaces, such as plastics and stainless steel. Common viruses (such as the flu) and bacteria can survive on these surfaces for over 24 hours. Our first product focuses on high density environments such as condos, hospitals, and offices. We are developing a touch-less elevator panel which will incorporate a large matrix array of touch-less buttons into a sleek glass and stainless steel fixture. Our design will revitalize and modernize your elevator experience, and improve hygienic conditions in public areas.
