Lassoh is a feature rich mobile device application that allows users to create and engage in a wide variety of geosocial interactions. Our application is great at forming ad hoc groups either in the proximity of potential group members or over the network. Its gives users a high degree of control over the geographical area to which they distribute their content and the management of a group after it is formed. The great strength of our network is that the user ultimately determines how the network is purposed. Currently, our feed list categorizes forums in which the users can report a news event from the location, buy, sell and barter goods locally, organize clubs in the community, advertise a garage sale or find a lost pet. This list will, however, be expanded and become editable on the application as our users present to us new potential geosocial contexts. The application has been developed for both the Android and iOS platforms.
