HiredWell manages job postings online for Retail employers. If an employer is looking to fill a position, they submit a job description on our platform. The job is then posted to 50+ job boards (relevant to the role) to attract the right candidates. Once candidates apply they fill out a custom form relevant to the position they are applying for. Candidate information is packaged in an easy-to-read dashboard for employers so that they don't waste time screening resumes! The result is better candidates in a shorter amount of time.
