Halo Brewery is a small Toronto craft brewery focused on experimental flavours and a wide variety of rotating beers. We take a modern approach to a traditional product by combining art & science, and don’t believe in restricting our creativity by brewing to traditional styles. Our beers take inspiration from cuisine rather than traditional beer flavours. We play with ingredients like elderberry, wildflower honey, sarsaparilla, tropical hops from Australia and New Zealand, tart cherry juice, ginger, coriander, and experimental yeast varieties.
