Our robot, called SAM, scales high rise buildings and inspects them for exterior deficiencies such as caulking, brick work, windows etc. It allows customers to map out and grid out their entire building whereas current standards are to dangle humans on bosun chairs and swing platforms who then inspect 10% of the building and extrapolate that data across the rest of the un-inspected portion. We now provide the capability to inspect entire buildings in the tenth of the time and allow customers to have a baseline of their property which is invaluable for future inspection and restoration work.
