Eservus Online Concierge Services

Eservus provides discounted ticket services to tenants in office buildings. We partner with property managers, charge them a fee, and provide our services to their tenants on their behalf. We position Eservus to property managers as a tenant and attraction tool. We position Eservus to the tenants as a way to save money on entertainment and leisure purchases, including tickets to movies, sports, theatre, family attractions and more. We are NOT a start-up - we've been in business since 1999. We have annual revenue of over $4 million and are consistently profitable. We provide our services to over 250 buildings in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver and Boston. We are currently focusing our efforts on expanding into the U.S. market. We will be launching with a large U.S.-based property manager in Boston in early September.
