Change is a combination of a content aggregator with over 20 years in the industry and a technology company that has developed an IPTV/OTT hybrid solution. We currently have a residential platform, a hospitality platform and are in development of an educational platform. Change has direct licensing agreements with every major content provider in North America (a unique value proposition in itself) along with hundreds of international channels available for North American distribution. Within the USA, we offer a true end-to-end solution from distribution to installation to billing. This is offered in a B2B environment with exceptions for specialty markets. In Canada, we are exempt from the CRTC (BDU licensing). We can deploy over any VPN (virtual private network), through our own CDN and through our sister company, Change Broadband in both countries. Internationally, we are able to white label our platform to operators looking for a low-cost entry into this marketspace.
