An international recruiting portal designed to help companies/recruiters connect with highly sought analysts. Analysts include statisticians, data scientists and anyone who works in any capacity with software like SAS, SPSS, SAP, Oracle, R, Excel, S-Plus or Matlab. The service is free for analysts and so inexpensive for companies that they would be remiss not to use it. The concept is quite simple: (1)analysts complete a checklist describing their areas of expertise and requirements for jobs in which they'd be interested; (2)companies complete a checklist describing the ideal analyst they're seeking; (3) our system finds the top matching analysts and emails them to confirm they'd like to be contacted by the company; and (4) we send the company the names and email addresses of the analysts who agree to be contacted. All aspects of the process are already in place, but funding is needed to advertise the effort so that analysts, companies and recruiters are aware of the service.
